Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor and resolve critical infrastructure issues including servers, networks, and cloud services
- Collaborate with global teams to implement security patches and system updates
- Document incident reports and maintain knowledge base articles for troubleshooting
- Lead cross-functional projects for system optimization and automation
- Mentor junior support staff during shift transitions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift background
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell and automation tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Valid Missouri driver's license for occasional on-site visits
