Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure, servers, and network operations
- Resolve complex system outages and security incidents with SLA adherence
- Document troubleshooting processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system deployments
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
