Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for enterprise systems via phone, chat, and remote access
- Troubleshoot complex network, security, and infrastructure issues with minimal supervision
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles with precision
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system updates and maintenance windows
- Proactively monitor systems to prevent outages and optimize performance

Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ and CCNA certifications required
- Proficiency in PowerShell, scripting, and automation tools
