Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for web/mobile products from ideation to implementation
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma/Sketch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing)
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based workflows
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript for design handoff
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
