Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design processes for web/mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries
- Present design rationale to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews
- Collaborate with engineering teams during implementation
- Drive A/B testing initiatives for design optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience with SaaS portfolios
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Miro, Slack, Notion)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving
