Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborating with cross-functional remote teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
