Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for complex B2B web applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems in Figma
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
- Present design strategies to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience for B2B software
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
