Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise clients in the San Jose Bay Area
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and digital outreach
- Lead full-cycle sales process from qualification to contract negotiation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline analytics in Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to C-level executives
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with SaaS/enterprise technology
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Self-motivated with demonstrated remote work success
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
