Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring zero downtime and lightning-fast load times.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Node.js).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first culture.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
