- Provide Tier 3 technical support for remote infrastructure and cloud-based systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across multiple platforms
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions
- Mentor junior support specialists and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support protocols and SLAs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in remote IT support or cloud infrastructure management
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues independently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for global teams
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk) and remote monitoring tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous environment
