Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from pipeline development and screening to offer extension and onboarding.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and remote work capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, success metrics, and create compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates, generate reports, and optimize recruitment pipelines.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs within the Tech sector.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or a similar HR capacity.
- Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-fill roles within the software development, engineering, or IT sectors.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with a proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and software development lifecycles.
