Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement on-page/off-page optimization strategies to boost organic rankings.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-converting content and refine job descriptions.
- Monitor keyword performance and traffic analytics to drive data-driven decisions.
- Build a pipeline of passive candidates in the San Francisco and Texas tech hubs.
- Optimize website architecture to improve user experience and search engine crawlability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Technical Recruiting.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment cycles for remote or hybrid positions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
