Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and candidate engagement for job postings.
- Conduct deep-dive technical audits of our careers pages to ensure optimal search engine performance.
- Source, screen, and interview high-level technical candidates (Developers, Engineers, Data Scientists) for remote and on-site positions.
- Manage and optimize job descriptions using keyword research to attract passive candidates.
- Analyze recruitment marketing metrics and SEO KPIs to refine sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align talent acquisition goals with brand positioning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Technical Recruiting or a hybrid role combining SEO and Recruitment.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and on-page optimization.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Greenhouse/Lever platforms.
- Strong ability to write compelling, SEO-optimized copy for job descriptions.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
