Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of microservices architecture using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Contribute to open-source projects and present at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless architectures
- Strong background in distributed systems and database optimization
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating large-scale system design projects
