Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Go and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Lead agile sprints and drive technical roadmaps
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Optimize database performance for 10M+ user platforms
- Collaborate with product teams on feature specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, or Java
- AWS/Azure/GCP certification preferred
- Strong background in distributed systems
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system designs
