Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps) across the United States.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media) to identify passive candidates in the Denver and Texas markets.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed feedback and market insights.
- Manage the candidate pipeline from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT, Software, or Engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions on a 100% remote basis.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong understanding of the technical landscape, including knowledge of development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and technologies (React, Python, AWS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport remotely.
- High level of self-motivation and time management skills in a remote work environment.
