The Role:
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of technical recruitment, sourcing high-quality candidates, screening resumes, and conducting engaging interviews. This night shift role supports international time zones, ensuring our talent pipeline remains active 24/7.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and social media channels.
- Conducting comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews for engineering, software, and IT roles.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of talent to meet hiring targets.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Managing the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring a seamless process.
- Utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to track metrics and optimize recruitment funnels.
- Staying current with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Demonstrated experience in 100% Remote work environments.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work effectively during the Night Shift (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM EST) without supervision.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical jargon.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of closing roles.
