Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and IT roles within the Houston tech ecosystem.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search, social recruiting, and passive candidate outreach strategies to build high-quality pipelines.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, from initial screening and technical assessments to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Stay current on industry trends and labor market analytics to advise leadership on compensation and talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources, preferably within the US market.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions and meeting aggressive hiring targets.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
