Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage top-tier software engineers and IT professionals across multiple platforms
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and candidate experience
- Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition pipelines
- Stay current with emerging tech trends and recruitment technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven track record in tech roles
- Expert knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical competencies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing employer branding strategies for remote teams
- Certified in Recruitment (CPER or CTS) preferred
