Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social recruiting.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Navigate complex hiring processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on pipeline health to leadership.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
