Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ technical roles, including screening, technical assessments, and offer negotiations
- Develop strategic hiring plans with engineering leadership to address skill gaps and diversity goals
- Optimize recruitment processes using ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and data-driven analytics
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-demand technologies like AWS, Kubernetes, and Python
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling employer branding content
- Maintain compliance with EEO regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in sourcing engineering talent
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Java, React, DevOps, Data Science) and hiring methodologies
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence hiring managers
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana)
- Certification in recruitment (e.g., CTS, CSP) or equivalent professional development
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements in enterprise-scale technical roles
