Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify passive technical candidates across engineering disciplines
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from pipeline creation to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize job descriptions
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality
- Build and maintain relationships with technical communities, universities, and industry networks
- Implement SEO-optimized job postings and employer branding campaigns
- Maintain accurate ATS data and ensure compliance with EEO regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (e.g., AWS, Python, React, DevOps)
- Experience developing SEO-optimized job postings and recruitment marketing content
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
