Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for senior technical roles across software engineering, data science, and DevOps
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job narratives
- Implement SEO-optimized job postings and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract passive candidates
- Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes through data-driven insights
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven expertise in remote hiring strategies and virtual interview processes
- Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps) and hiring trends
- Certification in recruitment marketing or talent acquisition (e.g., CTS, CPHR) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful SEO-optimized job postings and campaigns
