Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute aggressive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates with expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for upcoming 2026 product launches.
- Candidate Experience: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a world-class, transparent, and engaging experience for all candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical nuances and translate business needs into effective recruitment plans.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML) and the ability to effectively screen engineering candidates.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in Boolean search, social media recruiting, and using advanced ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
