Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking to identify passive candidates for specialized technical roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting final interviews and extending offers.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective talent pipelines.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a world-class candidate experience through timely communication and professional feedback.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities in the Austin tech market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within the Technology or Engineering sector.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to understand and communicate technical job requirements effectively.
- ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
