Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and closing top-tier technical talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop effective interview strategies.

Qualifications

- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of the tech stack and development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
