Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to identify, source, and secure top-tier technical talent (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, etc.) for full-time roles.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from defining job requirements and creating compelling job descriptions to screening candidates and conducting technical interviews.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and leveraging social platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Navigate and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to candidates and hiring teams to facilitate competitive offers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the Indianapolis or US-based market.
- Proven track record of successfully filling full-time roles, specifically in software development or engineering.
- Deep understanding of the technical landscape, including proficiency in at least one major programming language or technology stack.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple pipelines and meet aggressive hiring targets.
