Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, to build a diverse pipeline of candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Negotiate offers, manage candidate relationships, and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize job descriptions.
- Track key recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in Technical Recruiting, preferably within the FinTech or SaaS sectors.
- Deep understanding of technical stacks, including Java, Python, React, AWS, and Cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with remote hiring models is a plus.
