Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search techniques and social media platforms to identify and engage top-tier technical talent for night shift roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and availability.
- Candidate Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to offer extension, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build talent pipelines.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data and reports in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse/Lever).
- Offer Negotiation: Negotiate compensation packages and coordinate background checks and onboarding logistics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a remote or night shift capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM EST).
- Tools: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
