Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineering, data science, and IT support.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote open positions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
