Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for technical roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs and culture fit
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Optimize recruitment funnels using data analytics and ATS systems
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance employer branding initiatives
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure seamless interview scheduling
- Stay current with Georgia's tech talent market trends and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates using Boolean strings and advanced search techniques
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle and key technologies
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and HRIS systems
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to evaluate technical competencies during candidate assessments
- Remote work experience with demonstrated self-management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
