Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage technical candidates (developers, engineers, IT specialists) for weekend-based remote roles
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process using ATS platforms and CRM systems
- Develop and maintain a robust network of passive candidates through targeted outreach
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for weekend talent pools
- Ensure compliance with EEO regulations and maintain candidate confidentiality
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven success in remote/hybrid environments
- Expertise in sourcing technical talent across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously
- Experience with weekend/hybrid work schedules and asynchronous communication
- Valid driver's license and reliable internet connection for remote work
