Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview top-tier technical talent (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, and Product Management).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from defining job requirements to extending offers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter, to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience and accurate job matching.
- Maintain a strong employer brand presence within the tech community.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Staffing.
- Proven success in filling hard-to-fill technical positions and managing high-volume requisitions.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical jargon.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
