As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing top talent for our engineering and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define job specifications.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive engagement journey.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track metrics and optimize recruitment funnels.
- Conduct remote technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the Software/IT industry.
- Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-fill technical roles and meeting hiring targets.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical roles (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, DevOps).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in California.
