In this role, you will spearhead the recruitment process for critical technical roles within our defense and software sectors, ensuring we attract top-tier engineering and IT talent.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top candidates.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced Boolean search strategies and social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify passive candidates.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build robust talent pipelines.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct technical and behavioral interviews with a focus on cultural fit and technical proficiency.
- Offer Management: Navigate the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding coordination.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and compensation data to ensure competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within IT, Engineering, or Defense industries.
- Location: Must reside in the Virginia Beach, VA area with a valid driver's license for occasional office presence.
- ATS Proficiency: Expert level usage of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical roles to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
