As a pivotal member of our People Operations team, you will leverage cutting-edge sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and secure top-tier engineering and product talent. Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote role while making a massive impact in Silicon Valley.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates in the San Jose area and beyond.
- Conduct comprehensive technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define success metrics for each role.
- Navigate complex negotiations to secure top talent and close offers in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly reporting on pipeline health and recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the San Jose/Silicon Valley tech ecosystem.
- Proven track record of successfully closing full-time roles in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical skill sets (e.g., Java, Python, React, Cloud, etc.).
- Proficiency with modern sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while managing multiple priorities.
