Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media, networking) to identify passive candidates for technical roles.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from interview to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts to facilitate strong sourcing pipelines.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and technical interviews.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven success in placing candidates in Engineering, Software, or IT roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience in the Los Angeles, CA or Ohio tech markets is a plus.
