Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and professional networks to source passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate pipeline data.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Build a strong talent pipeline to ensure future hiring needs are met.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven success in sourcing hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
