Responsibilities
- Execute a full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying top technical talent to extending offers and onboarding.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and professional networks to build a robust pipeline of candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates against technical and soft skills requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate personas.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) effectively, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand presence in the New York tech community.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for software engineering, development, or IT roles.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of the New York tech market and salary benchmarks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
