Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end technical recruiting for software engineering, IT, and healthcare roles.
  • Sourcing and screening candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches.
  • Schedule and conduct phone screens and technical interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track pipeline metrics and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on candidate experience.
