Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end technical recruiting for software engineering, IT, and healthcare roles.
- Sourcing and screening candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches.
- Schedule and conduct phone screens and technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional communication throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track pipeline metrics and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Participate in recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance employer branding.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Human Resources.
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting (sourcing to onboarding).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on candidate experience.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to thrive in a night shift environment (varied schedules available).
- Experience recruiting for Engineering, IT, or Sales is a plus.
