We are looking for a self-starter who can manage the full lifecycle of recruiting from sourcing to closing, ensuring we meet our aggressive hiring goals for our San Jose headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for engineering and product roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing top talent.
- Manage the candidate pipeline within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct virtual interviews and coordinate technical assessments for remote candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool of passive candidates through networking and social media outreach.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, preferably within the software or tech industry.
- Demonstrated experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and Boolean search strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts (US time zones).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
