Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Execute strategic sourcing plans to identify, engage, and acquire top-tier technical talent (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps) using advanced Boolean search and social recruiting strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, conducting thorough phone screens, technical interviews, and culture-add assessments to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Client Partnership: Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand complex technical requirements and align talent pipelines accordingly.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market shifts to provide strategic advice to leadership on hiring needs.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools to maintain accurate data, track metrics, and optimize recruitment funnels for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a remote-first or distributed team environment.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and the ability to evaluate technical skills effectively.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
- Tools: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed ATS).
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, independent, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting without micromanagement.
- Location: Must reside within the United States with a focus on the Pennsylvania region.
