Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical positions (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science).
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub) to source passive candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define technical skill requirements, salary bands, and culture fit.
- Conduct structured phone screens and technical interviews, providing timely feedback to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize employer branding on major job boards.
- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software industry.
- Deep understanding of software development stacks (JavaScript, Python, Java, AWS, Azure) and tech terminologies.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage technical professionals effectively.
- Experience working remotely and managing time zones effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
