Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end technical recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Manage the full recruitment pipeline for weekend roles, focusing on Engineering and IT.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and Boolean search strategies to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct virtual interviews and technical assessments on weekends.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to offer.
- Market the company brand to attract top-tier talent in the remote work space.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience working in a Remote or hybrid work environment.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during weekends with high accountability.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards within the United States.
