Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for software engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists using modern sourcing strategies
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for emerging tech domains including blockchain, autonomous systems, and biotech
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job narratives
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize hiring funnel efficiency and candidate experience
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position NexusTech as the employer of choice for 2026 tech talent
- Manage ATS workflows and ensure compliance with EEOC and OFCCP regulations
- Mentor junior recruiters and continuously evolve recruitment technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven success in scaling engineering teams
- Deep expertise in sourcing passive candidates across GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities
- Proficiency in modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Python, React, Kubernetes, ML frameworks)
- Experience with remote/hybrid recruitment strategies and virtual interview coordination
- Demonstrated ability to build diverse talent pipelines through inclusive sourcing practices
- Strategic thinking with track record of reducing time-to-hire by 30%+
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field preferred
