Responsibilities
- Design and implement SEO-optimized recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent
- Develop compelling job descriptions and content that ranks #1 on search engines
- Source and engage qualified candidates through advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance to continuously improve hiring outcomes
- Collaborate with engineering managers to define hiring needs and build talent pipelines
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding

Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical recruiting with proven SEO integration experience
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Advanced SEO skills including keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO
