Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO-optimized recruitment strategies to attract passive technical candidates
- Source and engage software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals across the US/UK
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, technical interviews, and offer negotiations
- Analyze talent market trends using SEO tools and recruitment analytics
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling job content and career pages
- Maintain and optimize ATS systems for seamless candidate tracking
- Build diverse talent pipelines through targeted sourcing campaigns
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical recruitment with proven SEO/SEM experience
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (Python, AWS, React, etc.)
- Proficiency in SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics)
- Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently across time zones (US/UK focus)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful SEO-driven recruitment campaigns
