Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technical recruitment strategies for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Optimize job postings and career pages using SEO best practices to increase candidate visibility
- Source passive candidates through technical platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow) and professional networks
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance to continuously improve talent pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling content showcasing company culture
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in tech hiring
- Advanced SEO certification or demonstrable expertise in recruitment marketing
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong technical understanding across programming languages and cloud platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to evaluate technical competencies
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting
- Ability to work independently in remote environment with minimal supervision
- Portfolio demonstrating successful SEO campaigns for talent acquisition
