Responsibilities
- Design and execute technical sourcing strategies using Boolean search and GitHub/LinkedIn Recruiter
- Optimize job descriptions with SEO best practices to rank in top 3 search results
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from screening to offer negotiation for 15+ open roles
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Analyze recruitment KPIs and implement A/B tests for conversion improvement
- Create SEO-optimized career page content and meta descriptions
- Partner with marketing to produce technical thought leadership content
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with 2+ years in SEO optimization
- Proven expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and Google Analytics
- Technical background understanding software development methodologies
- Experience managing remote recruitment teams across multiple time zones
- Certification in Google Analytics or HubSpot SEO preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful recruitment SEO campaigns
