Key Responsibilities:

- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools to source passive candidates.
- Optimize all job descriptions and career pages for search engines to drive organic traffic and immediate hires.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and engineering leads.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking and social media engagement.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to refine sourcing strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align recruiting content with broader SEO campaigns.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting (SaaS, IT, or Engineering preferred).
- Proven track record of optimizing job postings for SEO and increasing application volume.
- Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of California labor laws and employment practices is a plus.
